My bathroom flooded and I came in contact with Tony (God sent). He handled everything with the insurance process. I was also able to ask him for referrals to put my bathroom back together. He had the cleanup process started immediately and was right there to oversee the beginning process. At that point, it was handed off to Blake, who continued and finished the entire process. When I say (BLAKE) was right there and walked me through every step of the process. He showed up on time, had excellent communication, answered any questions that I could possibly think of about the entire process. He was always available when I called, regardless of the day or time. Tony and Blake were the calm in the midst of my storm. I can’t say enough about the company, as a whole. I still reach out to Blake, as of today, with questions even after the job was completed at my home. I can’t recommend them ENOUGH. During this process, I feel like I gained extended family member’s instead of just someone to do a job. Get them on your team and won’t be disappointed.

One of our windows leaked and we had water damage beneath the window, which ended up requiring mold mitigation and water damage-related cleanup and repair. Tony Gechele came out first and covered the window securely until they were able to make the repairs. When they arrived to start the job they first prepared our home by protecting all of the floors they would have to travel to get to the project inside. Then they moved and covered the furniture in the room and completely sealed off the room. They removed the molded areas, including rotten wood and sprayed all of that to make any future mold unable to grow. They pulled back the carpet to make sure that was ok, as well as the floor beneath. Then they cut out just enough of padding that was damaged, so that it can be replaced and secured back down. They worked to completion of their job and then connected me with a general contractor that will plan to complete the remaining repairs. Donavon installed the window beautifully and Blake and a coworker, along with Donavon worked tirelessly to make this as easy as it could be for us. I appreciate so much this company. This is the second time I have used them and they did not disappoint. They were professional, kind, respectful and a blessing to our family. I highly recommend this company.

Ryan and Tony have been amazing! We had a pipe burst and a crew was out to our house within an hour. They have been great to communicate in a timely fashion and they stay on top of their crew so that the best services are delivered. They have taken over two hundred pictures of damage and have explained to use why and what they are going to do because of the damage. They are making a very stressful time seem like there is a finish line with results!

I can't say enough about Josh and his entire team at Independent Restoration Services. We found a leak in our laundry room during an annual termite inspection and immediately found that the leak had progressed through the wall and our tile floor. The leak was coming from a crimped drain line on our washer. I contacted Josh at Independent Restoration Services. He came out right away and gave us a clear path forward making everything straightforward and concise. Every step in the process was communicated extremely well and all of our questions answered along the way. Affected drywall, tile, and baseboards were all removed professionally and expertly. Everything was clean after demo and treated with antimicrobial solution to prevent any mold growth. The dryers and dehumidifiers were installed to bring out the remaining moisture. I can't thank the crew enough. Jarred, Brock, and Drew are all professional, courteous, and fast. Josh gave us a great recommendation for a contractor to finish the restoration and complete the process. Thank you so much for making the entire process as easy as possible.

Tony Gechele of Independent Restoration Services is the most honest, trust worthy and kind human being I have ever met. Don't waste your time considering anyone else for your repairs. Tony will tell you the truth about what you actually need and not hit you with scare tactics to up sell you what you don't. Had a great experience with Independent Restoration services in columbus for a not so great experience at my home. Our bathroom drain broke late Sunday night, Called very late that same night, they were out first thing Monday morning but helped me on the phone control the issue at the time. Luke explained the whole process and help me understand the issue, the cause and the mitigation process. Highly recommend a great team for situations like this.

This company is awesome. They came through during a stressful basement flood. I felt relieved as soon as I contacted them. Joseph helped me with the steps in this process. Blake arrived and was very knowledgeable, professional and understanding. He worked hard and was careful with the demo. He told me beforehand everything he was going to do and kept me informed. Jon and his crew did an absolutely amazing job cleaning and installing a vapor barrier in our crawl space. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough.
